By creating an account or using CoDIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CoDIQ is a Call of Duty analytics platform that allows users to log match data, track performance statistics, and receive AI-powered coaching insights. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated or changed at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use CoDIQ. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at itachicod2020@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You may not share your account, use another person's account, or create accounts for deceptive purposes.

CoDIQ offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers. • All prices are in USD.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service • Upload false, misleading, or malicious data • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

You own the match data you enter into CoDIQ. By using the Service, you grant CoDIQ a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

CoDIQ's AI coaching features provide data-driven insights based on your match history. These insights are informational and do not constitute professional coaching or guarantees of performance improvement. Results may vary.

All content, branding, design, and software comprising the CoDIQ Service (excluding user-submitted data) is the property of CoDIQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CODIQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at itachicod2020@gmail.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
