Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CoDIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CoDIQ is a Call of Duty analytics platform that allows users to log match data, track performance statistics, manage team rosters, view professional CDL player stats, and receive AI-powered coaching insights. Match data and team information are stored in the cloud so your stats are accessible across all your devices. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated or changed at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use CoDIQ. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at itachicod2020@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account, use another person's account, or create accounts for deceptive purposes. Your CoDIQ username and team name are public-facing identifiers visible to other users in search results and on the global leaderboard (if you qualify). Choose them accordingly.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service • Upload false, misleading, or manipulated stat data • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service • Use usernames, team names, or player names that contain hate speech, slurs, profanity, or offensive language of any kind We enforce a content filter on all user-submitted names. Attempts to bypass this filter are a violation of these Terms. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or permanently terminated without refund.

CoDIQ is a competitive analytics platform used by players of all backgrounds. We have a zero-tolerance policy for: • Racial slurs, ethnic slurs, or any hate speech in usernames, team names, or player names • Harassment of other users • Impersonation of other players or CoDIQ staff We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these standards, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

CoDIQ allows users to form teams, invite other players, and share stat tracking. By joining a team: • Your match statistics logged under that team are visible to the team captain and all team members • The team captain has the ability to manage the roster and view all player stats on the team • You retain the ability to edit only your own player slot • The team captain can edit any player slot on their team By inviting another user to your team, you acknowledge that their stats will be associated with your team's data.

Users with 25 or more logged matches and a public account are eligible to appear on the CoDIQ global leaderboard. The leaderboard displays your chosen display name and aggregated stats (K/D, win rate, and a composite score). You can opt out of the leaderboard at any time by setting your account to Private in Settings. Private accounts are excluded from the leaderboard and player search immediately.

CoDIQ offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers. • All prices are in USD.

You own the match data you enter into CoDIQ. By using the Service, you grant CoDIQ a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Your data is stored in Supabase (a cloud database) and Clerk (our authentication provider). We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

CoDIQ's AI features provide data-driven insights based on your match history. When you use an AI analysis or pro player comparison, your anonymized stat data is sent to the Anthropic API to generate the report. AI insights are informational and do not constitute professional coaching or guarantees of performance improvement. Results may vary. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate — always apply your own judgment.

All content, branding, design, and software comprising the CoDIQ Service (excluding user-submitted match data) is the property of CoDIQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission. Pro player statistics displayed on CoDIQ are sourced from publicly available CDL match data and are used for informational and educational purposes only. CoDIQ is not affiliated with Activision, the CDL, or any CDL team.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CODIQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to violations of our community standards. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at itachicod2020@gmail.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
