What Data We Collect

We only collect what is strictly necessary to provide the service: • Account information — your email address and display name, provided through our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign up. • Match data — stats you manually enter into the app (kills, deaths, map, mode, weapon, etc.). This data belongs to you. We do not collect your IP address for tracking purposes, sell your data, or use third-party advertising trackers.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to: • Authenticate you and maintain your account • Display your own stats back to you • Generate AI-powered insights based on your match history We do not share your data with any third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., our authentication provider Clerk).

Authentication (Clerk)

We use Clerk (clerk.com) to handle account creation and sign-in. Clerk may store your email address and name on their servers. Their privacy policy is available at clerk.com/privacy.

Payments (Stripe)

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). We never see or store your payment card details — Stripe handles all payment data securely. Their privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Data Retention

Your account and match data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing itachicod2020@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to: • Access the data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data • Export your match data To exercise any of these rights, email itachicod2020@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

CoDIQ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
